Health and fitness is the fountain of youth, it's a life style not a trend, it's a priority choice that you make to do for the rest of your life.
Your health is your greatest wealth, without it you have nothing, it's one of the few things in this life that you have almost total control over.
 
It's basic self maintenance and preventative care for your body.
It’s the greatest investment you will ever make, you can’t buy it, you earn it.
 
You need to mentally & physically decipline yourself daily into following a consistent healthy diet &  regular diverse forms of exercise atleast 3 times per week.
These are the fundamentals to staying slim, reducing health risks, ensuring a healthy high quality of life and an enjoyable aging process.
 
Some days are better than others, do the best you can, but every time you exercise you take vital incremental steps forward towards improvement regardless of your age and condition.
We’re all going to get old, you need to decide how well you want to age. 
 
There is no substitute, if it was easy, everyone would look good.
You’re not doing this for anyone else except yourself, it’s a self decipline for self respect.
