Over four years ago, at age 52 I was experiencing some body aches and pains, I went to my Chiropractor to get an adjustment.  I felt better, but I still didn't feel great.  I had belonged to the old JCC fitness center, but after it closed for rebuilding, I didn't try to find another gym.  I was a runner and have done numerous marathons, but I didn't feel physically strong.  I then decided to try the new JCC, where I met Daniel Cunha, and my life changed.
After a complete physical assessment, he progressed me through various types of excercises routines cut back on the running and increased my flexibility. I started getting stronger and my body was physically changing.  The results speak for themselves, I'm in better shape now than i've ever been, its the best thing i have ever done for myself.

I have been training with Daniel on and off since 2002, I have always been athletic and worked out with several trainers.  I have to say he IS the best trainer I’ve ever had.  His workouts are very unique creative and effective. I have limited time to spend at the gym but still got the results I wanted fast.
He really helped me tone up the “problem” areas burn fat, increase my stamina and tone up my entire body.
I never got bored training with Daniel his style and techniques are very detailed and comprehensive which kept me challenged and focused.  He gave me good advice on maintaining a healthy, balanced diet.  He shared with me lots of helpful tips on stretching and injury prevention.  There are lots of personal trainers out there but finding a knowledgeable, dedicated and passionate one like Daniel is almost impossible.  He's worth it.
